An Employee Assistance Program is a confidential support program, providing free and confidential counselling services and resources to address any issue that may affect your personal health, mental wellbeing, or if you are dealing with any relationship or family issues or financial concerns.
WHO PROVIDES OUR EAP?
KFC uses the services of an external provider for your Employee Assistance Program - Access EAP.
Access EAP's services are available to all KFC Employees and their families. Providing professional and confidential support to help navigate through any difficulty you might be facing.

If you are an RGM or ARM, and you are experiencing issues with team members at work, you can access advice to best support your team.

Call 1800 818 728 and ask for manager support services
Access EAP is a voluntary, FREE counselling service and is available to all KFC employees and their immediate family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
